Two - 2-hour ARL learning sessions at the Wave Twin Rinks - (Blue Pad)
To bring you some Holiday Cheer... we are offering ICE TIME for all levels of player... from the true – “I don't know how to stop, do crossovers or skate backwards rookie”... to the “I'm a rookie but need help with carrying the puck”, – we have 2 sessions of skills training. And for the superstar rookie (and anyone else wanting some holiday exercise), we have booked 2 additional sessions for shinny! Below is all the info you will need to get involved.

at Wave Twin Rinks (Blue) >> New Years Day - Thursday Jan 1 (7:00-9:00) at Wave Twin Rinks (Blue) >> BOTH
The cost will be $25 dollars a session. We will not be overbooking this as we want to let each player get lots of instruction. We will probably limit to 20 players per session. Please sign up early. We will ask for payment in advance to confirm your spot as many players are interested in being part of this. Also, please let us know what you would be interested in learning!

Cost for Shinny is $10. We'd like to suggest that if you are already one of our superstar rookies, you might want to come to the shinny instead of the skills. That would free up the Skills for the less advanced rookies. First 20 players to reply will be registered. We will confirm your spot
Cheers Everyone! See you on the ice.
We think hockey is the best athletic fun anyone can have. Hockey can keep you in shape, focus your mind and introduce you to a group of new people that will be friends for life. We keep telling everyone that the ARL is NOT about winning but there is nothing wrong with wanting to improve your skills and take advantage of some free volunteer training from people that have been skating for a lifetime.
